Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

To begin, email concierge@jaggedhalojewelry.com. We will provide the instructions needed to complete your request.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Return Shipping

For eligible U.S. returns, we will provide a return shipping label. A $5 return-label fee will be deducted from your refund. Eligible exchanges within the 10-day window include free exchange shipping.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
