Our policy is 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note: Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene risks.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days. We will keep you informed every step of the refund process once initiated.
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded based on the policy listed above. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of purchase. If you need to exchange based on stated policy, then please, send us an email at Info@jaggedhalojewelry.com.
Please note we do not accept exchanges or returns for items not purchased on our website. Please refer to the store the item was purchased from for assistance.
All purchases made on our website entitles you to free shipping always and forever! In the case of a return you are responsible for the shipping cost. In case of an exchange you are responsible for the shipping cost of the item being returned to us for the exchange.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We inspect each piece before shipment occurs to ensure highest quality for our customers. If within 30 days of purchase your item requires repair. Please save your email confirmation at time of purchase for your records. If any piece needs repair within time indicated timeframe, please email us for instructions on how to obtain your repair.
Our pieces have stainless steel base with gold plating and or gold filling, therefore they are hypoallergenic and tarnish resistant. However it is still good practice to take any type of jewelry off when applying lotions, potions, perfumes or hand sanitizer to maintain the luster and longevity of your jewelry.
